Always be honest with your surgeon so that he or she could also be transparent in assessing your candidacy for the surgery.

2) Advantages and risks: Weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the surgery results. Are you doing it for other people or for yourself? Always ask this question to assess your motives. Are the advantages of getting into liposuction help you physically, emotionally and psychologically?

3) Candidacy: you also have to assess yourself if you really need to do it. Your surgeon could greatly help you in examining your candidacy for the surgery. You also have to be physically prepared like observing “no smoking and no drinking” practice before and after the surgery.
